Our coffee machine engineers will visit your premises at regular intervals to carry out cleaning and checks to ensure your machine is working at optimal level.
This service includes a general health check during which time our coffee engineers will advise on the condition of your machine.
Please note that this service will not necessarily recify a malfunction. If a fault is found during this service and a repair is required, this visit will transfer to a Repair Callout at the discretion of the engineer. Callout charges and parts will be charged accordingly. If the service work can continue after the repair, then costs will be added based upon the extra time and parts required. This will be discussed fully before undertaking work.
During the annual Coffee Refresh Maintenace Service our engineers will check safety valves and other incidental valves and seals.
If any of these need replaced, our engineers will advise of cost including installation.
A water filter can prevent limescale damage. A filter lasts between 6 and 12 months.
Coffee Grinders require regular cleaning and maintenance to operate correctly.
Over time coffee grinders can retain trapped coffee grounds in the blades which become rancid. This requires removal by cleaning solutions to ensure the quality of coffee.
